“The unit is very easy to use and dial in. Simple pressure regulator, simple digital “on” time and simple digital “off” time. Simple, simple, simple. I like that there was little to no assembly. Just add the power source (24 VDC) and an air source. Integration for our project was not an issue. The unit pretty much is a stand alone and needs no input or output from our PLC. We could have easily monitored the unit if we wanted to, but for our project it was not required. I think our customers will benefit from the unit because of the “set it and forget it” nature of the system. It took us about 15 minute to dial in the film we wanted on the strip and I doubt anyone will adjust it ever again. Working with Unist has been a breeze. Unist has always supplied me with quality products and the documentation have been top notch. They are always available for a phone call if needed, which is solid gold in the digital age we now live in. We use Unist exclusively on our equipment. I would not ever consider another vendor. Every customer I have introduced to Unist systems has converted to Unist.”
