What is the ideal fluid pressure for an SPR-2000 controller?

The fluid source for an SPR-2000™ controller can be an air over oil pressurized tank, an air operated diaphragm pump, or a pressurized central fluid supply system. The fluid will typically be pressurized at less than 50 psi and should never exceed 100 psi.

Regardless of what the fluid source is, to ensure optimal system performance, it is crucial that the system is properly calibrated for flow. Fluid flow rates typically fall between 2-15 cc/sec, but are greatly affected by fluid viscosity and fluid pressure. Because of this, one of the most important steps when setting up a system is to perform a flow test, and enter the calculated flow rate in the Auto Setup parameters of the Configuration menu.
