Monthly Maintenance Checks

1. Inspect concentrate and mix tank filter assemblies and clean as needed.

Quarterly Maintenance Procedure

1. Empty and clean concentrate tank and filter.

2. Empty and clean both mix tanks and filters

3. Inspect level transducer assembly inside tanks. Verify that floats move freely and that there isn’t any residue from the fluid on the assembly shaft. If required, remove the level transducer assembly and clean.

4. Verify water flow is consistent through both diverter valves.

5. Remove and inspect Procon pump and motor shaft for wear.

6. Verify concentrate check valve is functioning properly.

7. Run the concentrate pump at full speed to verify output. At full speed it should pump at least .6 gallons per minute
