The Uni-Max^® pump is cycling, but the output is inconsistent.

•On a continuous spray system with an adjustable pump stroke, reducing the pump stroke and increasing the cycle rate can achieve a more consistent fluid output. Once the pump stroke is at the desired setting, only the cycle rate needs to be adjusted to vary fluid output. 

•Check for a kink or break in nozzle tubing.

•Confirm the reservoir contains adequate fluid and the filter screen is clean.

•For coaxial nozzles, confirm the internal fluid tubing is properly seated on both the quick connect adapter and the nozzle splicer.

•Confirm the pump cycle rate has not exceeded the max cycle rate for the given fluid viscosity, see Figure 5 (pg. 6) in the manual.

•Replace or rebuild the pump. Internal components may have failed or become contaminated with debris.
